13th Edition of the Event Technology Workshop

Event Technique Workshop took place at EXPO XXI on January 11, 2024. This event is already a tradition in the calendar of event managers and is gaining in popularity every year. This year, it attracted nearly 300 industry professionals looking to expand their knowledge and learn about the technical solutions used in organizing events.

The first block aimed at younger adepts of the event industry covered topics related to the technical aspects of event organization. Participants had the opportunity to explore the secrets of lighting, sound and multimedia, gaining the knowledge necessary to plan and organize events.

During the second block aimed at experienced event professionals, the focus was on topics related to stage design, stage mechanics and moving stage elements.

The Event Technology Workshop could not have been as successful without the support of partners:

  • Piasecki and Son provided stage mechanics and introduced dynamics to Brill AV Media equipment. In addition, Janek Piasecki gave a presentation and rearranged the dynamic applications of the equipment.
  • Mazurkas Catering 360 once again served unforgettable flavors at the highest level.
  • RENTDESIGN took care of the comfort and convenience of the participants.
  • EXPO XXI Warsaw provided the space where the event was held.
  • VIVA System took care of the wow effect at the entrance and made a laser corridor.
  • Connetto supported the guest registration process.

Many thanks are also due to the Brill AV Media presenters, who shared their knowledge and experience, and the DJ, who took care of the musical experience and energy! For that, the realizers and technicians made a huge contribution to the success of the event by building it from start to finish. Great job!

Without the passion, commitment and effort of the #BrillTeam and partners, the Event Technology Workshop would not be what it is! The 13th edition was the next success, providing participants with new knowledge, inspiration and the opportunity to exchange experiences with other professionals in the event industry.
