The customer expected a functional, technologically advanced space, which would be visually attractive for the company’s employees at the same time. The newly created room attracts attention with its original look.
This task was a challenge, because the space was supposed to amaze with its unconventional look and, at the same time, use technology for easy and efficient training provision.
The implementation was created in cooperation with Advertis. The Advertis team was responsible for the creative concept, as well as production and installation of the room arrangement elements, while Brill AV Media’s role was to design and install the audiovisual devices. ...Together, we arranged a 120 square meters space, divided into three separate zones:
· lecture zone
· individual training zone
· larger team meeting zone

The inspiration for the creative concept was to be a space ship interior. The place meets the highest safety standards and is in accordance with sensory design guidelines.
The training space is to serve all employees of the company, therefore it was decided that high quality, reliable AV equipment would be used.
The room was equipped with thin bezel, interactive, touch screen monitors of different sizes, which provide fluid reaction to the touch. These displays are additionally equipped with scratch resistant glass.
The installed and integrated directional speakers deliver high quality, concentrated sound to the selected area without disrupting the environment.
A professional, energy-saving 4K monitor, which can operate 24 hours per day, was installed in the central point of the lecture arena. The device combines a bright 4K HDR image with easy operation, large integration capabilities and flexible solutions in respect to control and network operation.
The whole is completed with USB sockets and inductive chargers for charging mobile devices.

Maintaining the acoustic standards for such varied functions indeed was a challenge, that is why zone bulkheads made of felt, perforated elements or directional speakers were used. The lecture arena is a sculpture made of Corian, which shines with light and serves as meeting place, also for informal meetings. Cold white and blue color theme on the one hand and soft, morphic shapes on the other integrate all elements into a single whole. Dedicated lamps with various diameters create an atmosphere depended on the play of the remaining lights.

The project was successfully implemented thanks to the cooperation between the two companies right from the stage of creating the design concept. When implementing more demanding projects, the things of key importance for us are mutual trust, joint realization of project goals, thorough fulfillment of entrusted tasks and openness to mutual suggestions.
