The new seat of Axpo Polska – the company belonging to the Swiss Axpo Group, which trades in energy – is situated in the Warsaw Hub at Rondo Daszyńskiego. The office occupies the entire 25th floor with a surface area of 1484 square meters in building B. It consists of a spacious reception area, an open space work zone, six rooms for quiet work or working with sensitive data, three places for creative team work and seven conference rooms, each with an interior design matching a different kind of energy from the Axpo Group portfolio. All rooms are full of light and after sundown they are lit with LED lights, arranged to reflect a main theme of the two intertwined lines, which constitutes a reference to constantly flowing energy...This office needed the appropriate audiovisual solutions to be designed. The main idea behind the design implementing a universal system of mobile anchors in all the rooms, allowing for multiple variants of use for the various rooms at the office, while at the same time ensuring high functionality and hybrid work capability.

The two largest halls – Small Wind and Big Wind – are white, with a wave-pattern ceilings, equipped fan-shaped lights. The rooms are separated with a sliding wall, which allows them to be combined into a one large conference hall.
A professional Creston videoconference solution that supports Microsoft Teams was implemented for the rooms system. Excellent sound quality is provided for all participants by the ceiling-mounted Shure matrix microphone and Creston loudspeakers. Small Wind also offers two 86’’ LCD screens that can display images for up to 24/7 and an AVer wide-angle camera with SmartFrame automatic framing. On the other hand, Big Wind comes with a laser projector and electric rolled up screen that fits in well with the acoustic structure of the ceiling. The system is managed through an integrated Creston control system, which lets the user launch a projection easily, control the volume and handle videoconference meetings. Table tops in both rooms come equipped with media ports with power sockets, HDMI and USB C sockets.

Other conference rooms at the Axpo Polska office are smaller, designated for internal meetings and remote cooperation. Among them are such rooms as: Solar with a solar panel table, Biofuel with a moss wall or the blue Hydro room, with a blue resin table. Each room comes equipped with a videoconference system offering twin video displays with an integrated soundbar and a camera recording images in HD resolution, a table Creston touchscreen and additional ports for devices such as a tablet or a laptop. Some conference rooms come with portable wheeled screen hangers.

A creative work zone is also available at the Axpo Polska office, equipped with such solutions as a Barco ClickShare wireless presentation system or Samsung Flip interactive boards. In the open space there are table-mounted media ports with power sockets, USB-C sockets, USB-A sockets, as well as single or double monitor mounts with extension options. Office rooms for quiet work or work with sensitive data additionally come with 43’’ monitors with an integrated camera, loudspeakers and Logitech videoconference system.

A noteworthy place in the entire Axpo Polska office space is the Managing Director office, which combines the function of a conference room and creative work space. This room comes with a videoconference system with an integrated soundbar and an HD camera, table mounted Creston touchscreen, as well as a Samsung Flip interactive board. An additional functionality is the option to change the transparent glass wall into an opaque one, which can be controlled with a remote or through a mobile app.
