12th Edition of the Event Technology Workshop

EVENT TECHNICAL WORKSHOPS are a tradition and a fixed point in the calendar of many event managers, who eagerly take part in the event every year in order to broaden their knowledge and learn about new technical solutions used in event management.

The event is becoming more and more popular every year – this year’s workshop attracted over 250 participants from all over Poland.

Topics covered during the workshop included:

  • Technical aspects of organising an event.
  • A review of solutions – structures, multimedia, sound, simultaneous interpretation, lighting.
  • How to optimally use the technical potential of an event venue – from the perspective of a technical company.


Each participant was able to draw out practical knowledge of event organisation, and during the break had the opportunity to talk to the producer or see how the various pieces of equipment work.
